Our butchers break down whole carcasses in the Hackney block. Your order is hand-cut, vacuum-sealed and chilled — never frozen.

Delivered on doorstep

Carbon-neutral cold-chain courier brings it to your door by 6pm. Wool-insulated packaging — sent back, washed, re-used.
