Delivery Areas
We deliver to most UK postcodes. Enter your postcode on any product page to check eligibility. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, parts of Cornwall) may incur a small surcharge.
Dispatch Days
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Wednesday are dispatched the same day. Thursday orders dispatch Friday for Saturday delivery. Weekend orders dispatch Monday.
Courier
We use DPD Local for overnight delivery. You'll receive a tracking link via email on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour timeslot.
Cold Chain
All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain 0–4°C during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival.
Free Shipping
Free next-day delivery on orders over £75. Standard delivery is £5.95.
