Perishable Goods
As a perishable food product, meat is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All sales are final once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a full refund or replacement.

We stand by the quality of our meat. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we'll make it right.
