- How should I store my meat?
- Refrigerate immediately at 0-4°C. If not using within 48 hours, freeze on the day of delivery. Our packaging is designed to keep meat cold during transit.
- Can I freeze your products?
- Yes, all our meat is suitable for freezing on the day of delivery. We recommend portioning and wrapping tightly before freezing.
- How is the meat packaged?
- Each cut is vacuum-sealed for freshness and packed in an insulated box with ice packs. This keeps the meat at a safe temperature for up to 24 hours in transit.
- Where does your meat come from?
- We source from trusted British farms that prioritise animal welfare and sustainable practices. Each product page lists the country of origin and farm where possible.
- How long does delivery take?
- We dispatch Monday-Thursday for next-day delivery via DPD Local. Orders placed before 2pm dispatch same day.
- What if I'm not home?
- DPD will send you a 1-hour timeslot on the morning of delivery. You can reschedule or choose a safe place via their tracking link.
