Failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly may affect quality and safety.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing:
- A complete delivery address.

Additional charges may apply where a further delivery attempt is required.
8. Safe Place Deliveries
Customers may request that deliveries are left in a designated safe place.
By providing such instructions, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery will be deemed complete once the goods have been left in the nominated location.
- Responsibility for the goods passes to you at that point.
- FARM & TABLE LTD is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or deterioration occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse safe place requests where the goods are perishable or where the requested location is considered unsuitable.

A delivery may fail where:
- The address is incorrect.
- Access cannot be gained.
- The recipient is unavailable where attendance is required.
- Delivery conditions are unsafe.
- Severe weather or other exceptional circumstances prevent delivery.
Where appropriate, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.

Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.
If any item is:
- Missing.

- Defective.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Photographs may be requested to assist with our investigation.
11. Product Quality
Our products are carefully selected and packed to maintain high quality.
Natural variations in colour, size, weight and appearance are normal for fresh food products and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
If you believe a product does not meet an acceptable standard, please contact us promptly.
12. Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once payment has been received in full.
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
Where goods are left in accordance with customer instructions, delivery will be deemed complete once the goods have been placed in the nominated location.

Where delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Compensation for delays will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
