Promotions & Discount Code Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Promotions & Discount Code Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, discount codes, vouchers, free delivery offers, seasonal campaigns, introductory offers and marketing incentives issued by FARM & TABLE LTD (“Farm & Table”, “we”, “our” or “us”), unless separate promotion-specific terms are published.

By redeeming a promotion or discount code, you agree to these Terms together with our Online Sales Terms & Conditions and Website Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available only to:

  • Individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Residents of the United Kingdom.
  • Customers purchasing through farmandtable.co.uk.
  • Customers meeting the eligibility criteria for the relevant promotion.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility before applying any promotional benefit.

3. Promotional Period

Each promotion will state:

  • The opening date.
  • The closing date.
  • Any redemption deadline.
  • Any delivery or order cut-off dates.

Promotions cannot normally be redeemed outside the published promotional period.

4. Discount Codes

Discount codes:

  • Must be entered during checkout before payment is completed.
  • Cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Must be used exactly as issued.
  • Are valid only for the promotion specified.

Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Minimum Order Value

Some promotions require a minimum spend.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The qualifying spend excludes delivery charges.
  • Gift cards and gift vouchers do not count towards the minimum spend.
  • Discounts are applied before delivery charges are calculated.

6. Excluded Products

Unless specifically included, promotions may exclude:

  • Gift cards.
  • Gift vouchers.
  • Clearance or reduced-price products.
  • Limited edition products.
  • Subscription products.
  • Bundles already discounted.
  • Products specifically identified as excluded.

Any exclusions will be stated in the relevant promotion where applicable.

7. Free Delivery Offers

Free delivery promotions:

  • Apply only to eligible delivery services.
  • May require a minimum spend.
  • May exclude certain postcodes or delivery areas.
  • Cannot normally be combined with other free delivery offers.

8. First Order Promotions

Promotions advertised for first-time customers:

  • May only be redeemed once.
  • Apply only to a customer’s first completed order.
  • May require account registration.
  • Cannot be transferred to another person.

We reserve the right to cancel duplicate first-order discounts where multiple accounts have been created to obtain additional promotional benefits.

9. Newsletter Offers

Discounts issued for subscribing to our newsletter:

  • May only be used once unless otherwise stated.
  • May have an expiry date.
  • Cannot normally be combined with other promotional offers.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting completed purchases.

10. Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers:

  • Are non-transferable.
  • Cannot be resold.
  • Cannot be copied or reproduced.
  • Remain the property of FARM & TABLE LTD.
  • May be withdrawn where issued in error.

Lost, stolen or deleted vouchers may not be replaced.

11. Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated:

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Loyalty rewards and promotional discounts may be subject to separate rules.

Where multiple offers are available, the system will normally apply the single promotion providing the greatest benefit.

12. Returns and Refunds

If an order benefiting from a promotion is cancelled or refunded:

  • Refunds will normally reflect the discounted price actually paid.
  • Any free gift supplied as part of the promotion may need to be returned if the qualifying purchase is refunded.
  • If returning products causes the order value to fall below the qualifying threshold, the promotional discount may be recalculated.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

13. Abuse of Promotions

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or recover promotional benefits where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Fraud.
  • Deliberate misuse of promotional codes.
  • Multiple account creation.
  • Bulk purchasing intended to exploit a promotion.
  • Automated redemption.
  • Unauthorised publication of private promotional codes.
  • Activity designed to manipulate promotional offers.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or closed.

14. Technical Errors

Occasionally technical issues may affect pricing or promotional availability.

Where an obvious technical error occurs, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct the error.
  • Withdraw the promotion.
  • Cancel affected orders where legally permitted.
  • Offer customers an appropriate alternative.

We will always aim to treat customers fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

15. Changes or Withdrawal

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend promotional offers.
  • Extend promotional periods.
  • Withdraw promotions.
  • Replace offers with equivalent promotions.

This will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, FARM & TABLE LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Lost or expired discount codes.
  • Internet failures.
  • Website downtime.
  • Technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Third-party failures preventing redemption.

18. Governing Law
